POSITION SUMMARY （崗位說明）   

Purpose 崗位設(shè)置目的
This position will be reporting to the Purification Process Manager to take responsible for all aspects of the day to day process & production of the associated facilities, including support a team of operators and working with the maintenance team in executing maintenance activities for Purification Facility safe & stable Operation. 
本崗位匯報(bào)給凈化工藝經(jīng)理，負(fù)責(zé)凈化裝置日常工藝管理和生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行，支持運(yùn)行團(tuán)隊(duì)和維修維護(hù)團(tuán)隊(duì)共同維持凈化裝置安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。
The Purification Production Engineer is expected to support P Process Manager to improve and optimize the efficiency of the Shell Purification Facility. 
凈化生產(chǎn)工程師應(yīng)協(xié)助凈化工藝經(jīng)理參與優(yōu)化凈化裝置的運(yùn)行效率。


Nature and Scope 崗位責(zé)任范圍

Responsibilities also cover to facilitate attaining all JVCo standards and global best practices for EH&S, productivity, reliability, quality in JVCo Purification Facility. And meet customers’ satisfaction with reliability, quality and flexibility on product supply. 
促進(jìn)合資公司凈化裝置遵從合資公司在安、穩(wěn)、長(zhǎng)、滿、優(yōu)和滿足客戶需要等方面的最佳實(shí)踐要求，努力滿足客戶對(duì)合成氣產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)質(zhì)量、可靠性、操作彈性方面的要求。


The major challenge of the job is to keep two trains Purification stable running with the stability at full designed capacity to ensure customer’s monthly synfuel product plan. 
本崗位的挑戰(zhàn)之處在共同維持2系列凈化裝置長(zhǎng)周期穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行，以滿足客戶完成月度油品產(chǎn)量計(jì)劃要求。


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 

1.	Technical support in Purification pre-commissioning, commissioning and startup all activities. Manage daily operation activities in related Shell Purification train, ensure each operation action following up SWIM and Checklist. 
提供凈化裝置試開車技術(shù)支持。負(fù)責(zé)所轄凈化系列的日常工藝和操作管理，確?！恫僮鞣ā泛蜋z查表得到貫徹。
2.	Support to identify and complete the Purification DHR&ORR actions agreed with JVCo.
幫助確認(rèn)和完成合資公司批準(zhǔn)的凈化裝置設(shè)計(jì)危險(xiǎn)審查&操作可靠性審查的整改項(xiàng)
3.	Find the trouble and issue in scope in time, quickly deal with site any safety and operation issue with correct way, work close with maintenance to quickly deal with equipment issue. 
及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)和正確處理所轄凈化系列安全隱患和生產(chǎn)故障，與維修緊密工作、迅速解決設(shè)備故障。
4.	Identify and implement opportunities to improve Purification operational efficiencies，reliability projects. Responsible to develop and implement Purification SWIM. 
負(fù)責(zé)制訂優(yōu)化凈化裝置運(yùn)行效率和可靠性的改造項(xiàng)目，負(fù)責(zé)修訂和完善殼牌凈化裝置操作手冊(cè)
5.	Check DCS alarm sheet in scope every day, find the abnormal condition, work close with other function team, deal with any abnormal issue in time 
每天檢查所轄凈化系列報(bào)警畫面，查找不正常現(xiàn)象，并與其他部門團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作，及時(shí)協(xié)調(diào)處理。
6.	To coordinate with Purification Process Control Engineer, Maintenance Engineers to maintain scoped train safe and stable operation to meet supply chain production needs. 
與凈化裝置工藝控制工程師、維修工程師協(xié)調(diào)共同維持合成氣穩(wěn)定安全供應(yīng)，滿足生產(chǎn)要求。
7.	Responsible to participate in process safety reviews & OPHR to improve Purification safety performance. 
參與凈化裝置工藝安全審查，以提高裝置安全性能。


JOB REQUIREMENTS（崗位要求）

   Candidates for this position with be evaluation on the basis of the following:
   本崗位候選人須滿足以下要求：

1.	Job incumbent should have chemical process or chemical engineering bachelor degree. 
化工工藝或化學(xué)工程本科學(xué)歷
2.	Job Incumbent is expected to have rich actual operation experience of Shell Purification, including commissioning and startup. At least 5 year’s experiences. Engineering experience is preferred. 
5年以上的凈化裝置試開車、運(yùn)行和維護(hù)、生產(chǎn)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。有工程建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮。
3.	Current position on Shell Purification Production Process Engineer will be priority. 現(xiàn)職殼牌凈化生產(chǎn)工程師優(yōu)先考慮。
4.	Good office software using skill. 良好的辦公軟件使用技能。
5.	Mid-level oral English and written English will be helpful. 英語中級(jí)水平者優(yōu)先考慮。
